The Villa

Living Room

You can relax in the spacious open plan living room which contains 32” flat screen satellite TV including sports and movie channels and DVD player to keep you entertained. There is also a small supply of books and DVD’s. The comfortable leather double sofa-bed suitable for adults, provides additional flexibility to your sleeping arrangements.

The living room is equipped with remote controlled Air conditioning unit to keep the room at a comfortable temperature, throughout the hot summer months.

Double patio doors open from the living room to the large terrace, garden and pool areas.

Dining Area

A large modern glass dining table, which is perfect for family dinners or a romantic meal for two. The dining area is conveniently located next to the kitchen.

There is also CD player and telephone for internal resort calls to other villas, to book a Tee time or reserve a table at one of the popular on site restaurants. You can also order home delivery service from the supermarket, all from the convenience of the villa.

A highchair is also provided at no additional cost for a young child.

Kitchen

Modern kitchen perfect for replicating some of the local dishes for that cosy evening in, or preparing a snack to eat on one of the terraces.

Its fully equipped to cater for eight guests, and has Oven, Hob, Extractor Fan, Dishwasher, Large Fridge / Freezer, Toaster, Kettle, microwave and all the necessary cooking utensils.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the utility room containing Washing machine, Cleaning equipment, Ironing Board / Iron and the combination boiler which delivers instant Hot water and Heats the Central Heating system fully installed throughout, to keep the villa warm in the cooler winter months.

Bedrooms

Three Double bedrooms, the upper master room has comfortable king-size bed, the other upper double has two comfortable singles. Both have their own En-suite Bathrooms.

The Lower bedroom has two comfortable Singles, with Bathroom adjacent. The master bedroom also has access to the two upper terraces, to enjoy your breakfast or relax on the outdoor sofa suite.

All rooms have Double Fitted Wardrobes containing Hangers and Drawer system, Bedside cabinets and Lamps.

Each of the Bedrooms are also equipped with Remote Controlled Hot / Cold Air Conditioning units with E-on allergen filters.

The tranquil setting and comfort of the rooms should ensure you have a comfortable nights sleep. All Bed Linen and towels are provided, with the exception of beach towels.
