On making a reservation, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions

Reservations

A Non-refundable £100 deposit is required to secure a booking. 8 weeks prior to your arrival the remaining balance is due plus a refundable £150 damages deposit

Cancellation

Reservation payments are non-refundable however if I am successful in re-letting the property you will be refunded your payment subject to 28 days notice being provided via e-mail or in writing

Arrival & Departure

On the day of your arrival, the villa will be available from 4 pm. If, for any reason, your arrival is earlier, please let us know in advance so we can try to accommodate you if possible before this time. The villa should be vacated by 12 pm on day of departure however alternative times may be negotiated if possible.

Clean Fee/Damages Deposit

A cleaning/laundry/meet & greet fee of £75 applies to all bookings which is payable with your final balance. Deductions will be made from the damages deposit for any damages or losses or expensive cleaning that may be required on your departure..

Guests

The client will inform me of the number of guests included within the booking. Unless otherwise agreed by us, only the number of persons indicated by the client when booking shall be authorised to use the Villa.

Behaviour

The client reserving the villa will be liable for the correct and decent behaviour of all the persons accompanying him/her. Should the client or any of the persons accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible way, I shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the property without the right for the latter to claim any type of compensation.

Liabilities

As the owners of the property, we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consequence of the use by the client of the property, including without limitation, damages, loss of services, insurance and losses from fires, robbery, criminal behaviour or personal injury or belongings. We recommend you take personal travel insurance to cover such risks. We are not liable for conditions outside of our control, such as occasional service disconnection of utilities which can occur in Spain.

Gas, electricity and water is included in the rent, and is calculated and subject to fair usage. Leaving the air conditioning on whilst you go out for the day or when the patio doors and windows are open will not constitute fair usage, and incur additional charge.

Inside the villa has a no smoking policy. Sorry, no pets allowed
